Meet & Greet Service

Please call us on 07850 366 784 when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. We will dispatch a driver to meet you and pick up your car from the designated pick-up points below.

ULEZ Notice: Heathrow Airport is within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). It is the customer's responsibility to check and pay any ULEZ fees required for both the departure day and arrival day.

Terminal 2

Location: Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, Row B

Terminal 3

Location: Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, Row B

Terminal 5

Short Stay Car Park, Level 4, Row S

Return Instructions:

  1. 1st call: As soon as you have landed, call 07850 366 784.
  2. 2nd call: Call after collecting your bags, and a driver will bring your car to you in 10–15 minutes.

Please note: We do not dispatch the car until you have collected all your luggage. During busy periods, or in the event of traffic delays due to road accidents, wait times may be longer, but our controller will keep you updated if any delays occur.
